Beige. RAL1001 if you wondered

Beige is a colour that has meaning. Beige is seen as boring. Beige is the enemy. Beige is not good. Beige is the colour of retired civil servants. However, the uncivil servants seem to have found a new voice, something that Rodney Bickerstaffe would be proud of? He was a retired civil servant, a trade unionist who campaigned for retired people. He was for the people. An inspiration. Never beige…

Beige is the colour of the Austin Allegro, a car that was more aerodynamic backwards rather than forwards. If Gordon Gecko were a real person, would he now say ‘beige is good’?

My message is simple. Never be the understudy in life. I am truly inspired by many younger people who see the importance of our little blue marble. We only have one planet.

I spoke briefly to someone who inspired me with her work in the community and her working on an organic farm. I am inspired by the young. It is their planet now?

Please do not mess it up.
