Cats
Cats are they symbols of revolution and political messages?
a while back I mentioned about the black cat being a symbol of anarchism, anarcho-syndicalism, especially.
But very few people realise that Cats have been used in political propaganda for a long time. Indeed, Harold Wilson used a cat photo on the front of his 1967 Labour agitprop.
As the May Day celebrations are over, it is interesting to note that Cats have often been used by the Left leaning people as a symbol, why? Not quite sure.
Cats, can be sinister, and of course witches always had a black cat. Some say that black cats are lucky others not so sure. I had a black cat. Didn't do me any harm. Really it's all hues and shades. Sinister or not.
In this ever changing world of political discourse, it is difficult to judge what is really true. Shout 'fake news' enough and people will belive you. Talk rubbish about things, about how everything is a conspiracy then people might belive it.
The Internet is a dangerous tool and it is controlled by those who want to disrupt and change discourse. The Internet is a new form of agitprop. What is genuine information anymore? Sometimes searching for the truth is like finding it with a pin?
I share a link from the founder of Ghost. Very interesting?
Just beware of the cats?
